Join us.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Project Leadership:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the design and execution of primary circuit projects.</li><li>Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for primary circuit installations and upgrades.</li><li>Coordinate with stakeholders, including project managers, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure project success.</li></ul><p><strong>Design and Engineering:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee the development of primary circuit designs, including substation layouts, overhead lines, and underground cables.</li><li>Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to optimize primary circuit designs for efficiency and reliability.</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry standards, company specifications, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul><p><strong>System Analysis and Optimization:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform power system studies, such as load flow analysis, fault analysis, and protection coordination studies.</li><li>Identify opportunities for system improvements and efficiency enhancements.</li><li>Implement solutions to address system reliability and performance issues.</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in primary circuit design and engineering.</li><li>Review and approve technical documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and reports.</li></ul><p><strong>Field Support and Troubleshooting:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide on-site support during construction, commissioning, and maintenance activities in case is required.</li><li>Resolve technical issues and address challenges related to primary circuit installations.</li></ul><p><strong>Documentation and Reporting:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, project reports, and status updates.</li><li>Ensure accurate documentation of primary circuit designs, modifications, and as-built drawings.</li></ul><p> </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Mandatory Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
