Job Description

Technical support officers troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications, among other duties.

Qualifications

• Previous working experience in Linux system administration (CentOS, RedHat) and/or UNIX (HP-UX, AIX, Solaris);
• Experience in DNS management;
• Expert in Ansible/Web Application Servers – Weblogic is a plus;
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, LDAP and IPV4/IPV6 (desirable);
• Detail-oriented and highly analytical skills;
• French (plus).
