What you will do in this role

As a Quality Specialist & Trainer on our team, you will:   

• Create content for trainings 

• Provide training to new Advisors (onboarding training) 

• Share knowledge and educate the Advisors with product updates and best practices 

• Update and maintain the Knowledge base (KB) 

• Monitor the CSAT and ensure accuracy of CSAT metrics 

• Identify QA problem areas, overseeing projects to address these issues, measuring the impact of these initiatives
