Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Facility Operations Specialist to support our business in Chantilly, VA.
Position Responsibilities:
- Works with the Program Manager, Facility Admins, Facility Technicians and senior customer leadership to ensure the successful execution and operation of a commercial proprietary customer facility
- Performs preventative maintenance activities and documents in the facility management computer system
- Performs minor renovations, repairs, and small projects as required
- Monitor and maintain material stock levels, orders material as required and works closely with customer on all furniture related needs
- Manages the facility when the engineer is not present and utilizes proficient knowledge in all building systems
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A final Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. Security Clearance with a Fullscope Polygraph pre-start is required.
Security Clearance/Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years Facilities Management and/or Facility Operations experience
- Capable of working flexible hours to include overtime and weekends, when necessary
- Customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience using Microsoft Office Tools
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:

Summary pay range: $115,600 - $156,400
