You’ll collaborate with program leadership to review contracts, project cost accounting, and tactical planning using tools like Microsoft Project, Jira or Confluence, or Power BI, and regular interactions with SMEs, project engineers, clients, and product owners. You Have:

• Experience developing, managing, and integrating large project schedules and performing critical path analysis using Microsoft Project
• Experience leading a risk management program, including identification, quantification, analysis, controlling, and monitoring
• Experience developing resource loaded schedules and Jira Advanced Roadmaps
• Experience developing or tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Agile metrics
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work with SMEs and various stakeholders to design and implement a Schedule Management Plan (SMP)
• Ability to show initiative and innovation, and adapt to ambiguous and fast-paced situations
• Ability to track, manage, and prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to obtain a security clearance  
• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with consulting for the federal government, Intelligence Community (IC), or Department of Defense (DoD)
• Experience performing schedule risk assessments (SRA) and enterprise risk assessments
• Experience leading teams performing assessments of schedules and other project control data, and communicating priority findings to clients
• Knowledge of statistics, including stochastic analysis
• Ability to design and deliver scheduling training
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and manage multiple clients and team engagements
• TS/SCI clearance
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP), EVP, PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), or AACE Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) Certification
• Scrum Master Certification
