What You Will Do:

• Gain knowledge in developing and improving products and facilitates in manufacturing operations.

• Assists in developing of data and makes layouts, sketches, and notes for design proposals.

• Participates in investigation of pertinent design factors such as ease of manufacture, availability of materials and equipment, interchangeability, replace ability, strength-weight efficiency, and contractual specification requirements and cost.

• Assists in designing, developing and testing metallic or non-metallic structures or materials and their related fabrication processes for use in engineering designs.

What You Will Learn:

• Learn about designs of major components or major portions of functional systems, technically advanced prototypes, and promotional or specific products using computer design and engineering systems.

Basic Qualifications:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. Must be a commutable distance to Winston-Salem, NC to work an onsite schedule. This position may be eligible for relocation.
