Job Summary:
The Concierge/Receptionist in our living care community provides exceptional customer service, creates a welcoming atmosphere, and ensures smooth operations. This role combines receptionist duties with concierge responsibilities, offering personal assistance to residents, visitors, and staff. Key tasks include scheduling, managing inquiries, providing information on services and events, and coordinating resident requests, all while enhancing the overall experience for residents and guests.


Responsibilities:

•  Greet residents, visitors, and staff with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
•  Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct visitors and residents to appropriate departments or person-nel.
•  Assist residents with personal requests, such as arranging transportation, scheduling appointments, or organizing activities.
•  Coordinate and schedule guest suite reservations for residents and visitors.
•  Provide information on available services, amenities, and community events to residents and visitors.
•  Manage resident mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring they are properly distributed.
•  Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
•  Support administrative functions, including data entry, filing, and processing resident requests.
•  Act as a liaison between residents and other departments to ensure needs are met promptly.
•  Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care and professionalism.
•  Always adhere to Lenbrook rules and dress code. 
•  Other duties as assigned
 

Qualifications

Education and Experience Required:

•  High school diploma or equivalent
•  Basic computer skills – must be proficient in Microsoft products (primarily Word, Excel, & Outlook)
•  Experience in upscale, service-oriented position, preferably with seniors

 

Schedule: 6am-2pm, Friday and Saturday 

Pay: $21.00 an hour
