Our platforms combine multi-sensor fusion, 3D imaging, and AI technologies to create complete, accurate underground maps that enable confident decision-making for customers across the built world. We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors.
We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $105M Series A round in February of 2024.
As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to find high-quality candidates for various technical roles. Your primary focus will be to identify and reach out to potential candidates, qualify them through initial screening calls, and help build a strong talent pipeline. You’ll bring a strategic, proactive approach to sourcing, working with cutting-edge tools and platforms to find the perfect candidates.
Job description
- Source and identify top talent for open roles (Marketing, Sales, PM, operations supervisors and more.) using LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Reach out to potential candidates through email, LinkedIn, and other channels to gauge interest in roles
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, motivations, and fit for the role and company
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment between candidate profiles and role needs
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles
- Provide regular updates to recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing progress and candidate feedback
Salary range: $ 35-60K
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience sourcing technical candidates in the software/engineering / marketing fields – a must.
- Proven experience with Boolean search techniques and other advanced sourcing strategies- a must.
- Ability to conduct effective phone interviews to assess technical qualifications and cultural fit- a must.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other sourcing platforms- a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage passive candidates- a must.
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote setting- a must.
- Ability to work part-time (approx. 20 hours per week), with flexibility in scheduling- a must.
- Experience working with global companies- an advantage.
