SEASONAL RETAIL STOCK POSITIONS AVAILABLE

1. Dayside Shift (Can be scheduled from 6am-10pm)

• Contribute to store profitability by accurately and efficiently processing inventory product flow (e.g., receiving, handling, etc.) while maintaining organization and cleanliness of shipping areas and stock room.

• Replenish stock to the sales floor as needed; support the customer experience by ensuring products are accessible, available, sized, and filled in.

• Acquire knowledge about products, store procedures, protocols, and programs to support day-to-day operations.

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to consumer questions or issues regarding product features, benefits, and availability; engages with consumers to understand their needs and preferences related to merchandise (i.e., assisting with final purchase decisions).

As a Stock Associate, you’re crucial to in-store operations.  In this role, you’ll support efficient shipping and receiving functions to ensure organization of merchandise and sales floor product availability while supporting Columbia Sportwear Companies values to enhance customer service and teamwork.

YOU HAVE 

• No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred)
• 2 (or less) years of experience in a position or specialization.
