Oshi Health is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy People Operations Systems Manager to oversee the administration, optimization, and integration of all HR tools, systems, and operational workflows. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless performance of HR technology platforms (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS), maintaining data integrity, and driving efficiency in HR processes and reporting. You will partner closely with People Operations leadership, IT, and other cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic initiatives, compliance, and continuous improvement in HR operations.
What you’ll Do
- Systems Management: Administer and manage all core HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, Learning Management, etc.), ensuring functionality, configuration, and user experience meet business needs.
- Process Ownership: Design, implement, and continuously improve HR workflows across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee data management, payroll, benefits enrollment, and offboarding.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement automation opportunities and process improvements that enhance scalability and efficiency.
- Project Management: Lead HR technology projects, such as system upgrades, new implementations, integrations, and enhancements.
- Data and Reporting: Maintain data accuracy and integrity across platforms; generate recurring and ad-hoc reports for HR metrics, compliance, and strategic planning.
- Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with third-party HR system vendors, ensuring service levels are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
- Training and Support: Provide system training and support to HR team members and end-users; create user guides and SOP documentation.
- Compliance: Ensure all HR systems and processes are compliant with applicable employment laws and data privacy regulations.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in HR Generalist role.
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations or systems management.
- Experience implementing an HRIS platform; experience exiting from a PEO a plus.
- Strong hands-on experience with at least one major HRIS and other HR tools (e.g., ATS, LMS, payroll, benefits platforms).
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices across the employee lifecycle.
- Demonstrated project management and process improvement skills.
- Proficiency in reporting tools, dashboards, and Excel
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Maniacally detail-oriented.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Compensation Range$75,000—$95,000 USD
