THE JOB

The Venue Operations Crew Members are to assist with the excellent care of RV Inn Style Resorts Amphitheater, its infrastructure and appearance. From day-to-day venue set up, tear down, conversions, compliance with health and safety regulations and conducting continuous improvement strategies, the role is to ensure our venue is presented at the highest standard. The Venue Operations Crew Members will ensure all areas are clean, tidy and well presented; effectively interface with venue management and other departments to ensure appropriate venue set up.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Perform Opening/Running/Closing duties according to Live Nation Service
• Standards
• Respond to department/employee inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner
• Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area
• throughout shift
• Keep current on all standard operating procedures
• Turn all lost and found items in to MOD
• Attend pre-shift meeting conducted by MOD prior to start of each shift
• Assist Other Employees as needed
• Maintains service rooms and storage areas in a clean orderly manner
• Maintains all owned and rented equipment as well as property in a clean orderly manner with the upmost care and respect
• Reports all repairs required and safety and fire hazards to supervisor
• Observes safety standards and practices
• Performs related duties as required or assigned within job classification

Required:

• First-class client and customer service
• Passionate and enthusiastic for the live events industry
• Flexibility to work irregular hours (weekends/evenings/public holidays)
• Willingness to build positive working relationships
• A proactive organizer in problem-solving who can negotiate solutions
• Experience in facility or event operations a plus
• Ability to read, write and follow written instruction
• Detail-oriented and team player with a positive “can-do” attitude
• Early Morning, Day and/or Night time availability
• Sense of Urgency
• Time Management
• Critical thinking and decision making
• Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms

Physical Demands/Working Environment:

• Work environment is fast-paced
• Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing, bending, stooping,
• reaching, and working on your feet
• Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques
• Tolerance of loud noises
• Experience in a live music environment
