Our team of specialized lawyers and representatives has helped thousands of individuals through the arduous process of obtaining Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) benefits and/or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) through the Social Security Administration. Mindset streamlines the application process experience for claimants by taking a digital, technology-first approach.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a high volume of mail and correspondence. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the firm. This role requires independent, repetitive work and the ideal candidate should be a self-starter.
Responsibilities:
- Opens and prepares mail for scanning
- Load documents into scanner
- Name document
- Scan incoming mail
- Perform quality checks by verifying electronic images on screen and correcting any scanning issues
- Ensure all scanning is completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Label each document in the correct format
- Mail is uploaded via an automatic program and dispersed to the correct profile but a quality check must be completed to ensure the document is uploaded.
- Log into our CRM software, search for the relevant person's name, add a note to the person's file, and create a task for the appropriate employee.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in mail handling or general office administration
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and email management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to adapt to work processes.
