Brown & Brown of Massachusetts is seeking a Client Assistant for our Personal Lines team in Dedham, Massachusetts.

This role is full-time, and requires in-office availability.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Provide day to day support to Account Management team, assisting with various processing and transactions to service the book of business.

• Enter endorsement items into the Agency Management System.

• Verify for accuracy and bill all endorsements received from carriers.

• Process all requests for vehicle changes; issue ID cards accordingly; issue binders for leased vehicle requests; issue forms and follow up.

• Data entry of all applicable underwriting information, correspondence or all other client/carrier pertinent information into the profit center management system as required.

• Verify new policies for accuracy according to the policy checklist, bill policy accordingly, and mail the policy to the insured.

• Transpose all pertinent data from new and renewal policies into the agency management system and verify accuracy of information

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• High School Diploma
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred
• Willingness to obtain Insurance Producer License in good standing
• 1-3 years functioning at an agency preferred
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
