Senior Account Manager, Fully Insured *Hybrid*

Providence Health Plan is calling a Senior Account Manager who will:
- Be responsible for day-to-day account management and retention of Providence Health Plan's largest and most complex accounts
- Provide strategic account leadership and oversight, annual renewal negotiations and annual contract review
- Consult with producers and groups
- Identify opportunities to expand Providence Health Plan services, relationships, and brand
- Balance member and group retention with appropriate loss ratio and NOI targets inclusive of large employers, national accounts, associations and trusts
Please note the following important details regarding this role:
- This is a hybrid role, that will meet with clients throughout the Southwest Oregon Region
- Travel throughout the Southwest Oregon Territory Region is required
Required qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
- 7+ years of experience in insurance industry
- Experience and comfort with public speaking and/or group presentation
- Required upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Strong carrier background with understanding of Health Plan operations and customer service issues balanced with changing market needs
- 10+ years of experience in insurance industry
- Residential State Insurance License - Oregon
