The PMO Analyst will work closely with internal cross discipline and cross functional stakeholders, to support OM1’s efforts to successfully design, develop, and deliver projects to customers. This role will be tasked with driving efficiency, on-time delivery, and scalability for the company’s service delivered projects.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for formalizing process and tracking utilization against targets for delivery/execution cross- functional teams.
- Responsible for formalizing the process for capacity planning coordinated with Business Development, Sales Operations, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Project Management, Site Management, Clinical Informatic and Data Management teams.
- Work to automate utilization tracking and capacity planning based on evolution of internal systems, as needed.
- Responsible for formalizing a structured process to prioritize customer projects as needed, to ensure resource allocation is appropriate to deliver high quality deliverables to our customers.
- Partner with the Sales Operation team to translate SOW budget/hours to Project Plan FTE/deliverables, ensure sign-off on proposals by departmental heads and support new Head Count requests as needed. .
- Support Head, Client Services with development of processes and tools to aid in standardization efforts within both new generation networks & registries (Aspen) and Data and Predictive Analytics portfolios.
- Develop dashboard reports and summaries to be used for monthly Exec Briefings, QBRs, etc.
- Support cross-functional discussions to ensure projects are resourced and customer commitments are met consistently
- Responsible for supporting the Execution Team in training and maintaining adherence to OM1 Best Practices(e.g Smartsheet use).
- Schedule Lessons Learned meetings at time of project close; log output and track trends.
- Support the Head of Clinical Services to communicate overall portfolio status on a regular basis to stakeholders and senior leadership inclusive of various projects, risks and recommendations for delivery optimization to ensure that programs are meeting or exceeding operational goals. When projects are off-track, work with PM to develop CAP/ root cause analysis.
What Experience You'll Bring
- Ability to keep track of numerous, interdependent projects in detail, while providing the context of the bigger picture .
- Aptitude for assessing information critically, recognizing trends and breaking information into key components and able to generate and recommend ideas for improvement and process innovation.
- Strong project/program management skills including: developing strategies/timelines/milestones, resource/budgets planning, and risk identification.
- Excellent communication skills to enable stakeholder communications and leadership communications, project reviews and project tracking.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Advanced MS Excel or Smartsheet experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a healthcare project management office (PMO) role or related project management role is preferred.
- Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Excellent computer skills.

- Experience with RWE studies preferred.
