Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Product Designer to join the digital experience team. In this role, you will shape refined, intuitive digital products that support one of the world’s most prestigious luxury hospitality and gaming brands. Partnering closely with creative, product, and engineering leaders, you will design elegant, high-performance user experiences that reflect their commitment to excellence, discretion, and world-class guest service, balancing user needs, business priorities, and regulatory requirements within a sophisticated, fast-paced environment.
Reporting to a Head of UX, you will serve as the primary product designer on your project and play a key role across the full product lifecycle. You will be responsible for:
- Participating in the end-to-end design process, from discovery workshops and concept development through to development handoff.
- Leading user research and usability testing initiatives to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
- Translating business requirements, user needs, technical constraints, and regulatory considerations (including gaming compliance) into effective product experiences.
- Collaborating with product and engineering partners to plan and execute sprint deliverables, ensuring designs are delivered on schedule.
- Designing best-in-class user experiences across multiple breakpoints through wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity designs.
- Creating user-centered designs informed by data, market trends, and research insights.
- Conducting heuristic evaluations and competitive analysis to continuously improve product quality and usability.
- Leveraging the company’s design system and contributing to its evolution as needed.
- Presenting design concepts and rationale to business stakeholders, securing alignment with strategic objectives.
- Rapidly producing user flows, wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes to explore and communicate new product ideas.
- Simplifying complex workflows into intuitive, elegant, and scalable interface solutions.
- Defining and maintaining detailed UI patterns and specifications, partnering closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
- Acting as a collaborative partner across business, product, and engineering teams.
- Designing and prototyping primarily in Figma.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5+; years of experience as a Product or UX/UI Designer.
Nice to Have: - Experience in Gaming industry (Casino gaming) / Hospitality industry is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A portfolio showcasing your design work, including user research, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
Customer Communication - Effectively listen to customer needs, concerns, and feedback. Understand and respond to customer emotions and perspectives.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Build strong relationships with customers based on trust and reliability.
- Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently. Keep the customer informed about project progress and potential issues.
Cross-Functional Team Coordination - Work collaboratively with teams from different functions (e.g., development, design, marketing).
Identify and manage dependencies between teams and resolve conflicts and disagreements
Align teams towards common goals and objectives through regular communication
Ensure shared understanding of project requirements and goals.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- A passion for creating beautiful and functional user experiences
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 42,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 147,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
