Role Definition:
The Senior Manager of Change Management oversees a large Organizational Change Management (OCM) organization and manages the implementation, and integration of OCM processes, and ensures effectiveness within large-scale, strategic and enterprise-wide projects.
What You Will Do:
- Provides day-to-day supervision for the change team. Identifies and addresses engagement staff availability plus training and development needs.
- Assesses the impact, costs, benefits and risks of proposed changes. Coordinates change planning and the implementation process.
- Works with business partners and/or customers on OCM programs across the organization. Integrates OCM processes with other functions.
- Develops and maintains strong business partner and/or customer relationships at all organization levels through demonstrated customer focus and OCM process competence.

- Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
- Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.
- Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
- Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
- Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
- Cross-Team Integration: Understanding of the importance of inter-team collaboration in breaking down silos and achieving business results; ability to lead employees from various functions to communicate, coordinate work across divisions, and collaborate in solving problems as one team.
- Organizational Change Management: Knowledge of techniques to successfully effect change in an organization and ability to manage the successful and smooth transition from current to desired culture, practices, structure, and overall organizational environment.
- Performance Management: Knowledge of successful performance management techniques; ability to apply organization's performance management system, practices, and tools to developing and improving individual, team, and organizational performance.

- The primary location for this position is Irving, TX.
- This position is an onsite role requiring the candidate to be in the office Monday to Friday.
