Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for an entry-level individual to join our Account Services team in the position of Account Coordinator or Assistant Account Executive (AAE). The individual will assist with the coordination, executive and communication of advertising activities for the Western Region and Local Marketing Associations (LMAs).

• Support an Account Supervisor in managing multiple LMA groups
• Maintain contact with and obtain input from Account Supervisors for implementation of advertising programs (including model selections, incentive selections, creative rotations, etc)
• Communicate regularly with Regional Account Director and Account Supervisors within the market to obtain both direction and offer strategic insight
• Manage and distribute regular Regional Reporting, including weekly inventory reports and sales reporting for internal team and client team
• Track Regional incentive changes and LMA specific incentives
• Manage regional calendars and meeting dates, as well as reporting needs for said meetings

Qualifications

Prefer 4-year college degree in marketing, advertising, management or related field.

Additional Information

For commuting purposes, position is based in Westlake Village 3 days a week, and will work 8-5 with an hour lunch.

$35,000-52,000 USD. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
