Are you studying embedded systems and software engineering and ready to hit your professional career with Konecranes Summer Trainee team of 2024? Do you want to gain valuable experience from developing embedded system Software in an international work environment? We might have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are looking for a SW engineering trainee to join our asset intelligence team in Hyvinkää. As SW engineer you will be working with development of our control and monitoring units in design, implementation and testing. Your daily responsibilities include for example SW design, implementation, testing and documentation. You will work closely with your team members who help you get started and support you in your day-to-day activities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your cooperation skills and network with the best talents of your industry. The job is located in Hyvinkää Konecranes office.

What kind of talent are we looking for?

 

This role is ideal for a Electronics, Electrics or information technology or relevant student who is eager to learn more about asset intelligence tasks. You are welcome to Konecranes as yourself, but we especially value your good teamwork skills, hard-working attitude, and enthusiasm for developing yourself. Our work environment is highly international, so proficiency in English and the courage to work in an international work environment are important.

 

Requirements:

 

 

• Academic background in Electronics, Electrics or information technology or relevant with preferably 3nd-5th year studies
• Programming skills on C, C++ are needed and scripting skills are seen as benefit
• Understanding of agile development methods from your studies or working life is seen as benefit
• Earlier work experience in similar tasks is seen as a beneficial.
