PIRTEK, the nation’s leading provider of on-site hydraulic and industrial hose replacement is hiring for the position of Hydraulic Road Mechanic in Knoxville, TN. 

Job Description:PIRTEK Knoxville is hiring a Hydraulic Road Mechanic to remove, assemble, and install hoses for a diverse commercial and industrial customer base. If you are mechanically inclined and enjoy interacting with customers in the field, PIRTEK could be an excellent career path.

As a PIRTEK Hydraulic Road Mechanic, you will be operating out of a purpose-built mobile hose workshop/van, and will be handling service calls in the local area. This provides the opportunity to develop relationships with new and existing customers. You will have scheduled night and weekend coverage rotations every month. The Hydraulic Road Mechanic will take the van home every night. While we service all of East Tennessee, there is no overnight travel.

Responsibilities:

• Remove, assemble, and install hoses for customers in the field
• Complete local service calls
• Safely operate van and all equipment
• Provide unparalleled customer service

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Mechanically Inclined
• Good Communication Skills
• Positive attitude
• Self-motivated
• Clean driving record
• Ability work on-call after business hours
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs as needed

Compensation: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
