Senior Specialist PMO Generative AI (m/f/d)

<h2>Your Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Project Management - Manage the central GenAI initiative and the cross functional project team </li> <li>Enable and continuously support groupwide AI usage and GenAI use cases</li> <li>Steer the prioritization of projects, assess the process for new use cases as well as the impact on customers and employees</li> <li>Support HR in identifying skill gaps and training needs and promote an understanding of proven methods and technologies</li> <li>Manage communication with internal and potential external key stakeholders</li> <li>Manage seamless collaboration with data privacy, tech, legal, enterprise architecture, cyber security, HR and business</li> </ul> <h2>Your Profile</h2> <ul> <li>University degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification </li> <li>Professional working experience as PMO (m/f/d) or in a comparable position </li> <li>Experience in managing complex projects and in working with a variety of stakeholders </li> <li>Experience in change management as well as project management</li> <li>General understanding of GenAI and curiosity for the topic</li> <li>Affinity for innovation and technical topics, tech background is not required</li> <li>Willingness to learn, decision making skills and confident risk management</li> <li>Team-oriented way of working and effective communication</li> <li>Business fluent in English, German is a plus </li> </ul> <h2>About Us</h2> <p>Generative AI (GenAI) is a landmark in tech innovation.
