BAR BACK- CASINO - PT

Job Summary: Stock and maintain bars with beverages

Responsibilities:

• Stock all beer coolers, keep all coolers clean and organized.
• Stock all back up supplies.
• Stock all glassware.
• Wash all glassware as needed.
• Keep all ice bins full.
• Breakdown all empty boxes and take to compactor.
• Boarding ramp glass holders are to be emptied and cleaned every hour.
• Replace all empty liquor bottles, all bottles must have a “BERG” heat seal attached. Any bottles without a seal must be returned to the liquor room.
• Set up and break down glass washing machine, insure there is detergent, sanitizer and ultra dry.
• Assist bartender when needed.

Must be minimally 21 years old

Must be able to be licensed by the Illinois Gaming Board

Salary Range: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour plus tips (Depending on Experience)
