Now, we’re looking for an experienced accounting and finance professional to join our rapidly growing team.
As a Senior Financial Analyst reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll play a key role in interpreting financial results, building scalable reporting solutions, and partnering across departments to improve business performance. You’ll drive monthly and ad hoc financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis—while also owning corporate finance reporting definitions and supporting investor and Board communications. With 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance, and strong skills in Excel, Tableau, GAAP, and financial modeling, you’ll help us solve complex problems, build new processes, and support strategic decisions as we scale.

How you will have an impact

• Lead monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
• Develop Board and investor materials to support strategic business decisions
• Conduct complex financial modeling, scenario planning, and ad hoc analyses
• Identify and implement process improvements using tools like Excel and Tableau
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive accurate closes and consistent reporting
• Own corporate finance definitions and ensure alignment across the organization
• Deliver scalable insights that influence operations, technology, and growth initiatives

What you can offer Luna

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, or Economics
• 3+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, and financial analysis
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proven ability to work with large data sets and data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Ability to dive deep into details while maintaining a strategic, big-picture mindset
• Results-driven, adaptable, and hands-on with a dynamic, self-starter attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
• Solid understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and financial modeling
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with healthcare reimbursement
• CPA or CFA designation
• Background in a strategy consulting firm
