HR Generalist
The Human Resource Generalist will run daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including administering pay, benefits, and leave, onboarding new hires and enforcing company policies and practices. Please note that this is an on-site role.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs
including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave, disciplinary matters,
disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity,
recognition, and morale, occupational health and safety, and training and development,
workers compensation and disability leave. -
Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory
training, continuing education, and work assessments -
Consulting and support of the managers/employees in all personnel-related matters

Support in the establishment, optimization, and further development of HR structures and
HR processes, especially in the focus of digitalization -
Serve as a key partner to driving the employee engagement process, partnering with
management on the planning and execution of key initiatives to drive overall business
unit engagement -
Planning of personnel development measures to enable employees and managers to
grow, talent management, succession planning -
Conducts or acquires drug screens and background checks and employee eligibility
verifications; Implements new hire orientation -
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations,
and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance -
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new
technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law -
Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or 3
years high level HR experience - Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Skills to work independently and problem solving, utilizing good judgement.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm and passion for innovative HR topics
- Strong communication and consulting skills, combined with empathy and assertiveness
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
