The work:
As an Enterprise Communications Consultant, you will be responsible for visualizing the change journey of different stakeholder groups impacted by a transformation. You will develop and execute communication strategies to enhance readiness, lead engagement initiatives, and select the best techniques based on objectives. It is expected that you will be a self-starter and have the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments. You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across various teams.
Here's what you need:
- Demonstrated experience in change communications including developing and delivering communication plans that support large‑scale transformation for diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience with journey management including mapping stakeholder change journeys and identifying key engagement touchpoints
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and influence across multiple teams
- ADKAR Prosci Certification
- US Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Oracle EHR or Cerner Millennium implementations or other large enterprise technology transformations
- Experience selecting and applying a range of communication techniques to meet specific objectives and stakeholder needs

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
