The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.

 

Position Overview

Under the direction of Diagnostic Services Managers, the staffing clerk is responsible for scheduling within Diagnostic Services for coverage and vacancies, shift alteration and staff replacement through application of the applicable collective agreements to fill needs and communicate shortages to respective managers or designate.

Experience

• Experience working as a staffing clerk within the last five (5) years.

Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)

• Grade 12 or equivalent.

• Working knowledge of collective agreements applicable to Prairie Mountain Health contracts.
• Advanced level of written and oral communication skills: including exceptional telephone etiquette.
