The Field Security Representative is a critical role focused on customer engagement, sales enablement, and thought leadership, ensuring that our clients are well-informed and well-prepared to tackle their security challenges. This role directly impacts our ability to deliver exceptional services while maintaining the trust and security of our customers.   How You’ll Find Success
  • Thought Leadership: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by providing insights and best practices on security and compliance for FSI and Enterprise clients.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their security needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Sales Enablement: Support sales teams by crafting compelling security narratives, participating in customer meetings, and providing technical expertise during the sales process.
  • Strategic Counsel: Proactively identify emerging security risks and shape security strategies that align with customers' business goals and regulatory requirements.

  • Shape Industry Standards: Participate in leading security conferences, thought leadership initiatives, and industry working groups to influence the future of cybersecurity practices.
  • Executive Presence: Gain direct exposure to executive-level decision-making, refining your strategic communication and influencing skills.
  • Expand Your Expertise: Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills in security and compliance through training, certifications, and hands-on experience in varied client environments.
  Things You’ll Do
  • Provide Thought Leadership: Represent Qualtrics at industry events, conferences, and webinars, sharing insights and best practices in security management.
  • Support Sales and Customers: Create communication, sales, and customer-oriented material to enable security for our customers and support sales initiatives.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins with existing customers to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure maximum value realization from Qualtrics’ security solutions.
  • Develop Security Content: Author whitepapers, blog posts, and articles to establish thought leadership and educate the market on security trends and Qualtrics' solutions.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Qualtrics’ sales and customer success teams to ensure integrated and seamless support for customers.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in security to inform product strategy and customer engagements.
  What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
  • 9+ years Travel Management/Procurement experience
  • Proficiency in travel and expense-related systems (e.g. Spotnana, Concur)
  • Experience with the design and implementation of corporate travel programs or continuous improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrated success in complex project management, including stakeholder engagement and change management
  • Experience developing and operationalizing global category strategies for airfare, hotels, rental car or ride share programs or other relevant travel categories
  • Proven track record of achieving travel category savings via sourcing, demand management and / or policy compliance  
  • Advanced negotiating skills
  • Previous experience in a technology or software company
  • Bachelor’s degree a must, MBA, JD or advanced
