Oracle Analytics Senior Consultant

As an Analytics Senior Consultant, you will participate in all aspects of the Data Warehouse and Analytics solution development lifecycle which includes requirements gathering, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support. This role is primarily related to Oracle Analytics (OBIEE/OAS/OAC), but also requires familiarity with other BI/Data platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or others. As a senior consultant, you will conduct client meetings on business requirements and drive the delivery of the project in collaboration with other Perficient and client team members. This role requires deep technical expertise in OAS/OAC semantic data models for reporting and sourcing data from various source systems. You are also expected to come up with OAS/OAC Data Visualization dashboard designs with dynamic filtering and drilldown capabilities. 

• Lead requirements gathering, design, development, testing and rollout of BI solutions.
• Perform hands on development for deliverables related to primarily Oracle Analytics. A history of working with additional technologies other than Oracle Analytics is also required. This may include for example one of the following: Power BI, Tableau, Informatica, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.
• Perform analysis of business requirements, analyze data sources, and come up with a solution design for the reporting data models and dashboard visualizations.
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience levels.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with OBIEE/OAS/OAC.
• Deep expertise with OBIEE/OAS/OAC administration, security configuration, data model creation, and dashboard development.
• Solid understanding of Oracle Analytics semantic data model best practices and subject area creation with the Data Model Administration tool.
• Familiarity with using Essbase or Oracle EPM as a data source in OBIEE/OAC/OAS data models and data visualizations.
• Experience with reporting data models and data lineage design
• Strongly skilled in SQL querying.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or comparable major.
• Strong consulting and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with various organizations in pursuit of problem solutions.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $73,008 to $170,640. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
