The Client Delivery Evolution (CDE) program sits at the heart of ERM’s global transformation efforts. As a Project Manager, you will be a critical force behind aligning workstreams, enabling decision‑making, and ensuring leaders have the structure and insights needed to move the program forward. Required
Bachelor’s degree. Or equivalent experience.
3–4+ years of project management or consulting experience, ideally supporting transformation, standardization, or process improvement programs.
Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, and Microsoft Copilot.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with SMEs and senior leaders.
Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, manage competing priorities, and maintain clarity across complex initiatives.

Preferred
Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation or change management initiatives.
Background in workflow design, process mapping, or operational excellence.
Familiarity with developing SOPs, templates, work instructions, or training materials.
Comfort supporting global teams in a distributed environment.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Workstream Coordination
Serve as project management support to the Global CDE Leader.
Consolidate activities, milestones, risks, and decisions across all workstreams.
Maintain alignment across teams and ensure deadlines are met.
Support communication and decision-making among CDE leadership.
Standardization Workstream Support
Collaborate with Service SMEs to execute standardization development processes.
Drive accountability to ensure process steps are followed and deliverables completed.
Track and report progress using defined tools and methods.
Manage and curate the CDE SharePoint site to keep materials accessible and organized.
Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, guides, process flows, and related documentation.
Training & Rollout Support
Support Learning & Development in preparing training resources for new workflows.
Contribute to roll-out activities that enable global adoption of new processes.
Ensure teams receive clear, practical guidance and tools that support standardized delivery.
For the Consultant, Project Manager, Client Delivery Evolution position, the anticipated annual base pay is $80,000–$115,000 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
