Concentrix Catalyst is the experience design and engineering team of Concentrix, a leading global solutions company that reimagines everything CX through strategy talent and technology. We combine human-centered design powerful data and strong tech to accelerate CX transformation at scale.

The Catalyst Team is seeking to hire CloudOps Engineers to join our full-time team as full-time employees.

The CloudOps Engineers will be responsible for going into AWS/Azure and implementing a "clean up" program.

CloudOps Engineer responsibilities:

AWS:

• All Accounts/Regions have CloudTrail Enabled
• All Accounts/Regions have Config Enabled with the top 14 rules turned on
• Appropriate alerts are turned on for out of compliance items
• All Accounts that have IAM users have password policies implemented (must change every 90 days)
• All production accounts have cross-region replication setup for all RDS instances (or at least cross-region snapshots) this is for DR purposes

Azure:

• Audit of ALL Tenant/Subscriptions IAM accounts and the removal of all non-SSO accounts.
• Removal of all ex-employee accounts
• Audit of ALL Tenant/Subscription IAM account owners and the removal of those that should not be owners
• Implement Azure Compliance Manager to help with any risks (Similar to AWS Config)

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with AWS environment (must), operations and automation.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps concepts and best practices
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux OS and scripting required
• Must have experience with the traditional developer toolset and practices such as source control management, conducting code reviews, writing unit tests, and familiarity with agile principles.
• Knowledge of networking and information security concepts/best practices
• Experience with scripting languages such as bash, PowerShell, or Python required
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
