The marine industry is going electric and Arc is building the platform that powers it.</p> <h2>Who we're looking for</h2> <p>We're looking for someone fired up by the mission and ready to build. You'll thrive here if you move fast, take ownership, and care about the details.</p> <p>This is a full-time, on-site role at our Los Angeles headquarters, with 75% travel. You'll report to the Supervisor of Field Service and work closely with a lean, high-trust team where everyone’s work matters.</p> <h2>What you'll do</h2> <ul> <li>Maintaining and servicing customer boats in the field as well as our fleet of internal boats</li> <li>Contributing to improving service standards, protocols, and processes</li> <li>Collaborating with engineering and production teams to implement improvements on boat designs, production methods, or service processes.</li> <li>Becoming an expert in assembling, troubleshooting, and disassembling all major boat systems</li> </ul> <h2>Minimum Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>High school degree or GED certification</li> <li>Proficiency using mechanical and electric hand tools</li> <li>2-5 years experience experience building and troubleshooting electromechanical systems such as electric motors, batteries, sensors, electronics, controls, pneumatics, etc, experience with electric/hybrid vehicles a plus</li> <li>Willingness to travel nationally at least 50% on average, and up to 75% during busy periods</li> <li>Experience interpreting engineering drawings, work instructions, electrical schematics, and product data sheets</li> <li>Ability to stand 6-10 hours per day and lift up to 50 lbs</li> <li>Ability to cultivate positive relationships with all external parties while working in the field</li> <li>Ability to operate independently and make technical decisions supported by data</li> <li>Excellent written and verba
