2nd Shift Maintenance/Custodial Worker - Full-time

Tipp City Schools is now accepting applications for a full-time, Maintenance/Custodial Worker. We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual who takes pride in keeping our school facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained for students, staff, and the community.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• General cleaning and sanitizing of classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Routine maintenance and repairs
• Floor care (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and waxing)
• Securing the building at the end of shift
• Snow/ice removal as needed
• Supporting building events and responding to custodial needs as they arise

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior custodial or maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Successful completion of BCI/FBI background checks
