Position Purpose:
The ARMI Marketing Assistant supports internal and member-facing communication and promotional efforts. Working closely with departments such as ARMI Operations, this role assists with email campaigns, digital events, community engagement, onboarding, and promotional materials. The position requires strong attention to detail and time management, balancing administrative tasks with creative execution.
Essential Duties:
- Collaborate with the Director of Membership Development on marketing, video, and website requests, offering creative and strategic input.
- Submit and track all marketing, media, and IT requests using the internal Marketing and Video Request Forms for campaigns, promo videos, masterclasses, and announcements.
- Ensure brand consistency in video and design projects, and liaise with other departments to meet deadlines.
- Draft, design, and send internal communications, including announcements, event promotions, and member updates.
- Manage targeted email distributions and radius-based segmentation.
- Build automated email sequences for onboarding, engagement, and post-event follow-ups.
- Partner with the Operations Assistant to align automated and manual onboarding processes.
- Design onboarding tools such as welcome kits and follow-up templates.
- Review email and CRM engagement data to identify members who may need additional support.
- Create and manage events within the ARMI portal (e.g., webinars, regional gatherings).
- Schedule and post announcements with appropriate visual content and links.
- Design graphics for portal events and campaigns.
- Coordinate with guest speakers to collect bios, titles, and presentation information.
- Provide live chat support and manage webinar-related communications.
- Collaborate with Operations to align event logistics and promotional timelines.
- Create and update design assets for booths, signage, flyers, and volunteer materials.
- Assist with media kits and recognition content for regional and at-home events.
- Communicate with ARMI leadership partners to gather promotional content.
- Coordinate scripting, graphic design, and scheduling of partner-related media campaigns.
- Schedule meetings and prepare agendas for the Director of Membership Development.
- Track marketing project progress using Monday.com and support cross-departmental visibility
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software
- Familiarity with platforms such as Mighty Networks, Zoom, and Monday.com
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be able to effectively operate a Windows-based computer and navigate Microsoft Office Suite
Requirements:
- Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Must sign the Statement of Faith.
- A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.
- Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred. <
