Production Manager

CorDx, a leading biotechnology company, is seeking a Production Manager to oversee production operations and ensure efficient product development. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing manufacturing teams, maintaining quality control, and optimizing production processes to improve operational efficiency. The Production Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing production schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time and on budget. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans for new and existing products
• Oversee manufacturing teams and ensure adherence to production schedules
• Manage manufacturing processes to ensure quality control and product consistency
• Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
• Maintain accurate production records and report on production progress to senior management
• Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for cost savings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as manufacturing, engineering, or business administration
• 5+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing management role in the biotechnology industry
• Experience managing teams and developing production schedules
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Mandarin speaking preferred
