Senior Product Designer (Contract)

Remote - US based only
Bonusly is seeking a contract Senior Product Designer  to join our newly formed Product Led Growth team. You’ll play a pivotal role in molding, maturing, and spearheading our self-serve function.  
This will be a three-month contract, running from April to June.

• Rely on user-centered design principles to produce high-quality designs for our self serve platform
• Collaborate across departments throughout the design process and iterate based on feedback
• Actively facilitate and participate in brainstorming, planning, and objective creation sessions to ensure design and strategy is on message and audience-appropriate
• Stay on top of the competitive landscape to better understand brand objectives, messaging, target markets, and industry trends in order to share your insights with the broader team

💚 You’re a great fit if you…

• have 5+ years of product design experience
• can show us a portfolio showcasing relevant experiences such as onboarding designare experienced designing in Figma, Illustrator, and/or other collaborative design and prototyping tools
• have product sense to ensure solutions are not only usable but valuable and viable
• enjoy making the complex extremely simple
• have a high sense of urgency and a bias towards action 
• previous work experience in a startup environment
