What You’ll Do
- Answer and manage incoming calls from clients, families, and caregivers- Assist with scheduling, client records, and office documentation- Support billing, payroll, and other administrative operations- Step in as Alternative Administrator when needed to cover office or operational roles- Maintain office organization and efficiency- Support non-medical service coordination- Liaison with Director of Nursing- Track and assist with client intakes to optimize care and revenue

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma/GED required; some college or business coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year supervisory and admin experience in home care, hospital, ambulatory, assisted living or nursing home within the state of Florida.
- Proficiency with Scheduling Systems, Office Products and ability to learn industry‑specific software quickly
- Step in as Alternate Administrator when needed
- Local knowledge and proximity to West Palm Beach area
- Strong problem‑solver with exceptional time‑management and multi‑tasking abilities
- Liason with Registered Nurse and Business Development Professional
- Excellent verbal and written communication; professional appearance and demeanor
- Calm under pressure—you handle crises with efficiency and empathy
