Description

We are a prominent and growing Personal Injury Law Firm based in California and are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented paralegal to support our litigation team in our Arizona office! Our practice includes complex injury cases involving minors and incapacitated adults, requiring close coordination with probate and superior courts. 
The Paralegal will provide comprehensive support on personal injury matters, with a strong emphasis on conservatorships and guardianships. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing sensitive cases from intake through resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury cases from pre-litigation through settlement or trial.
• Prepare, file, and track conservatorship and guardianship pleadings.
• Coordinate with probate and superior courts regarding conservatorship matters.
• Draft legal documents including petitions, motions, discovery, and settlement packages.
• Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and court appearances.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and court personnel.
• Organize medical records, billing, liens, and settlement documentation.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and mediation materials.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of paralegal experience in personal injury law.
• Hands-on experience with conservatorships/guardianships (Arizona preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Arizona court procedures and filing requirements.
• Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently.
• Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office.
