What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
- Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or security-related violations in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
- Assist with controlling access to the facility, verifying credentials of personnel, visitors, and/or contractors as required by site procedures.
- Support emergency response efforts, including coordinating with local authorities and Allied Universal management as necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by post orders and Allied Universal procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
- Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
