Description

Clinical Studies Platform (CSP) is an initiative to make it easy and engaging for people to contribute to the map of human health and participate in clinical research. Together with researchers, clinicians, engineers, designers, advocates and volunteers, we're collaborating to design the next generation of healthcare tools and services. As a Study Operations Recruitment Associate on CSP, you will work with teams across Verily to support clinical study recruitment campaign planning and execution, utilizing Baseline tools and functionality to meet the needs of our external partners.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute clinical study recruitment campaigns and strategies to support our external partners.
• Maintain and communicate campaign strategies, budgets, timelines and lead cross-functional study campaign planning meetings.
• Coordinate between marketing, clients, vendors, procurement, and various other teams to ensure on time launch and successful execution of recruitment campaigns.
• Support Marketing counterpart by helping to build recruitment plans and tactics, and build projections to inform budgeting and track performance vs projections over time.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• BA/BS in biology, medical science or marketing (or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree).
• 3+ years of experience working in clinical trial patient recruitment.
• Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of campaigns involving multiple stakeholders.
• Prior experience managing project deliverables, on time and within budget, required.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a client services, client relationship management or account executive related field.

Preferred qualifications:

• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, and ability to handle ambiguity.
• Proven ability to establish solid relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills with sensitivity to changing personalities and priorities.
• Ability to improvise, work efficiently and respond quickly to changes and a dynamic work-flow.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $104,000-$160,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
