People Analytics Experience: 5+ years in people/workforce analytics with a proven track record of delivering insights to senior leaders, presenting complex data and fielding difficult questions.

Technical Expertise: Familiarity with AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Codex, Claude Code) and agentic frameworks. Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and HR data modeling. Proven ability to lead the full analytical product lifecycle, delivering integrated data solutions and actionable visualizations.
Analytical & Statistical Rigor: Proven ability to conduct sophisticated analyses, test hypotheses, and quantify business impact. Experience in communicating statistical concepts to non-technical audiences, with a preference for experience in predictive modeling and experimentation.
