What you will do
The Receiving Supervisor will be responsible for managing the receiving processes and personnel to support a variety of functions to move supplies, materials on the production line. Organizational skills and abilities to communicate efficiently and effectively are of paramount importance.
This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
How you will do it
Receiving:
Unload deliveries to the facility.
Ensure proper quality of materials prior to receipt into ERP.
Ensure received materials match the purchase order.
Facilitate effective shift hand offs.
Stabilize process management
Manage attendance and team schedules
Safely handle and stock material from pallets, or bins and stock the manufacturing areas. Log part number stocked to line and the number of pieces.
What we look for
University degree and 1 year suggested minimum experience, or 2 year degree and 6 years suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
MRP and/or ERP experience.
Working knowledge of SAP System as it pertains to material movements.
Proficiency using MS Office Suite.
Willing to be hands-on on the shop floor.
Solid leadership skills.
Ability to organize work, meet deadlines and work with accuracy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to safely operate hand pallet jacks.
General housekeeping and organization of the docks and warehouse areas.
