About the role

OVERVIEWWe are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Developer to support our team with workflow enhancements, automation development, and production migration activities. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on developer capable of building and maintaining minor automations while ensuring smooth transition and hypercare support post go-live.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, test, and deploy workflow automations and integration scripts within the enterprise platform.
Assist with migration activities from development to production environments.
Provide hypercare support immediately following production deployment to ensure stability and performance.
Collaborate with the functional and technical teams to identify process improvements.
Create and maintain documentation for workflows, configuration changes, and system enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor system or automation issues efficiently.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of software development experience or equivalent hands-on experience.
Solid understanding of ITSM/IT workflows and automation frameworks.
Experience with ServiceNow or Nuvolo (strong plus).
Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required or in progress.
Familiarity with JavaScript, Glide API, and REST integrations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree
ServiceNow CSA

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior exposure to Nuvolo application modules (e.g., Facilities, Space, or Real Estate).
Experience with workflow orchestration, catalog item automation, or scripting for platform optimization.
Understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps concepts.
