Job Description
The Part-Time Site Facilitator is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the facility in the absence of the Site Coordinator or Administrative Assistant.
The daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Oversee site operations at the site or campus
Notify proper CSN on call and/or emergency personnel, such as Security, Custodial and Operations & Maintenance when any emergency arises
Provide and maintain excellent customer service to all customers
Work with campus security to ensure a safe and secure learning environment
Work with lab assistants (at the High Tech Centers) to ensure that assistance is being provided to the computer lab users and faculty
Answer telephone calls and transfer to the appropriate areas/departments as needed
Assist faculty, students and visitors with various needs (directions, answers etc.)
Navigate CSN website to locate College-related information such as faculty/staff phone numbers and information on College programs
Make room changes when necessary in a diplomatic and professional manner. Follow through with an email to the Supervisor detailing the reason for the room change and other pertinent information
Ensure compliance with Federal State, and NSHE, and CSN policies during all site activities
Represent CSN and promote its mission in a highly professional manner
Report site activity on a weekly basis via email, and report any urgent events immediately to the Supervisor via telephone
Complete and submit work orders, notify supervisor by email when work order is submitted
Perform other duties assigned
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Ability to work independently, manage time and act proactively
Preferred Qualifications
Previous work experience working in a post-secondary institution
Starting Salary
$16.00 hourly
