Job Description:

The Maintenance Worker is responsible for completing all building repairs, executes work orders, performs preventive maintenance, and other duties as assigned.

• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Completes repairs and projects as assigned.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP), and general building issues.
• Utilizes blueprints and manuals in the performance of maintenance work.
• Interprets written instruction, sketches and plans.
• Maintains assigned mechanical rooms and work areas.
• Evaluates and orders parts or materials as approved.
• Accurately and timely fills out work summary sheet, required documentation, logbook, and equipment log sheets.

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
• Previous maintenance experience required.
• Trade school or vocational education preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude.

Exerting up to 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible up to 10 pounds amount of force often.
