  • Respond promptly to resident service requests - diagnosing and resolving issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances with professionalism and urgency
  • Complete routine and preventative maintenance to keep building systems operating efficiently
  • Assist with apartment turnovers, ensuring homes are move-in ready to our high standards
  • Maintain community spaces, grounds, and maintenance areas in clean and orderly condition
  • Collaborate with your Maintenance Manager and team to prioritize daily work and long-term projects
  • Participate in on-call rotation and weekend coverage to ensure 24/7 responsiveness
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, building codes, and operational procedures
  • Support vendor coordination and monitor the quality of third-party repairs
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, materials used, and service history

What You Bring:

You are dependable, solution-oriented, and take pride in creating a space that truly feels like home for others. You approach your work with care, urgency, and a commitment to excellence.

  • 1+ year of professional experience in multifamily or property maintenance
  • EPA 608 Certification Type I and Type II required; CPO certifications strongly preferred
  • Skilled in general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances)
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with digital tools, work order systems, and property tech platforms
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
  • A polished, professional appearance and pride in representing the brand
  • A team-first attitude and desire to grow within a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

We believe in taking care of our team the same way we take care of our communities - thoughtfully, consistently, and with your future in mind.

  • Competitive compensation + monthly performance bonuses
  • Housing discounts at Northwood Ravin communities
