Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• Greet, develop rapport, and communicate with customers face-to-face and on the phone
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Facilitate communication with customers, including drop-off, updates, and check-out
• Determine and recommend appropriate services in a customer-focused approach
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of the cost for labor and parts
• Work with the team to complete service and daily tasks
• Work with current technology to assist with communication and workflow

Automotive Service Advisor Requirements:

• Possess a valid Driver’s License
• Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work area and appearance
• Embrace technology
• Operate with a high level of energy, positive attitude, and excellence
• Possess a hunger to learn, help, and improve through coaching
