What You’ll Do
• Oversee and manage daily wellness operations for the community.
• Provide leadership and clinical guidance to care team members, ensuring the highest standards of service and resident care.
• Coordinate assessments, care plans, and communication with residents, families, and physicians.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
• Support a positive, collaborative team environment aligned with Hillcrest’s mission and values.
What We’re Looking For
• Current LPN license in Nebraska (required).
• Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or similar healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented, and resident-focused mindset.
