Job Summary:
Assist customers that come to our store, order on-line and ask questions through our customer e-mail.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
• Provide world-class customer service to all customers
• Answer phone calls and e-mails in a professional manner
• Assist customers with product recommendations (basic detailing knowledge)
• Answer customer tickets
• Run reports
• Problem-solve order issues
• Restock retail showroom
• Manage cash box
• Operate POS checkout systems
• Complete basic Excel spreadsheets

Required Skills/Abilities:
• Positive attitude
• High School diploma or GED required
• Available to work weekends and events
• Able to adapt to change
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills including both verbal and written
• Reliable transportation
• Detailing experience is preferred

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The work schedule will include a minimum of 1 weekend day, with 1 day off during the week. Overtime may be required on an as-needed basis.

Travel: Minimal local travel to events may be required.
