We are looking for a talented Team Lead Engineer to step onto a fintech unicorn rocketship!

You will be responsible for:

• You will be leading a team of engineers building a new core product, creating true impact and owning your team’s deliverables from planning stages to production.
• As a team lead, you will be accountable for your team’s output, upholding a high technical bar while overcoming a multitude of technological challenges.

About You

• Large experience in software development
• Leading software development teams experience
• Experience with a major web development stack: C#/Java, Vue/Angular/React/...
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - a must
• Experience with microservices architectures and message broker tools (e.g. RabbitMQ) - a major advantage
• Strong knowledge in software design and passion for creating high-standard code
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and drive people within teams of 3+ persons
• Being able to communicate excellently with peers and colleagues
• Articulates very well and being able to explain complex things in a simple way.
• Pleasant to work and talk with.
