Dining Services Supervisor

What you'll do:

• Oversee dining room operations and maintain top-notch cleanliness and service standards.
• Lead, schedule, and inspire junior dining staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Assist with meal service and ensure accurate resident records and billing.
• Act as a key leader during events, evenings, and weekends.
• Propose improvements and help shape a dining experience that residents rave about.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of positive supervisory experience, preferably in commercial cooking or healthcare food preparation services
• Certification in Food Service Management
• Strong knowledge and ability to prepare and handle food using safe food handling practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
